Booking and Payment

• All tickets must be pre-booked online prior to the event.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable. If you would like to change the date of your booking, we require at least 24 hours notice in order to do so. 
• All attending adults & children require a ticket. 
• Limited spaces are available for each session, and bookings will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Children under 12 months do not require a ticket. 

Children’s Supervision

• All children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the event.
• Adults are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children while on-site.

Santa's Gift

• Each child attending the event will receive a small gift from Santa. Gifts are age-appropriate, but Brocksbushes cannot accommodate specific gift requests.

Dietary Requirements

• If you or your guests have any dietary requirements or allergies, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your event date.
• We will do our best to accommodate dietary requests, but we cannot guarantee that all food will be free from allergens due to the shared nature of the kitchen.

Arrival Time

• Guests are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled ticket time. Late arrivals may miss parts of the experience and will not be refunded.

Cancellations and Changes

• In the event that Brocksbushes must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• Brocksbushes reserves the right to make changes to the event program, special guests, or activities without prior notice.

Weather Conditions

• The event will proceed in all weather conditions unless it is deemed unsafe. Please dress appropriately for the season.

Conduct

• Brocksbushes reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who behaves in a manner that may cause harm or discomfort to others.
