Parties are available everyday during any of the three daily 2 hour sessions in the Play Barn. Each party will last for the full 2 hour duration of that session.
Prices start from £18.50 per child and there must be a minimum of 10 children. Maximum capacity for parties is 30 children.
One free adult with every child attending, two free adults for the birthday child.

Sally the Strawberry's Picnic Package
£20.00 per child
Valid on 12-2pm or 2:30-4:30pm party bookings.
Choose either a hot or cold option.
HOT OPTION:
Choose one: Stone Baked Margarita Pizza (served by the slice), chicken tenders, butchers sausages or fish fingers
Choose one: Garden peas or beans
All served with chips & a carton of juice per child
COLD OPTION:
Sandwich platter (selection of jam, cheese & ham), crisps, vegetable sticks and houmous pots & carton of juice per child

HOW TO BOOK A PARTY
To book your birthday party please head to the link below and choose you preferred date and time and also state how many children will be attending the party.
We will then be in touch with you to get your choice of food package and also any extras you wish to add on for the birthday child.
How to pay: A deposit of £50 is required when booking a party. The remainder of the payment must be paid within 10 days of your chosen party date.
Parties are subject to availability. We can only host one party per session in the Play Barn.

Birthday Party T&Cs
- You must have a valid reservation in order to be allowed access to the Play Barn. You have booked a 2 hour time slot in which to enjoy the Play Barn. If your arrive outside of your time slot, entry is not guaranteed. You session ends 2 hours after the start time – you will be asked to leave at this time, ready for the next session to start.
- A birthday party reservation must be made for every child wishing to participate (up to and including 11 year olds). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, who must have an adult reservation. All tickets must be paid for in full upon booking.
- Birthday parties are for a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 30 children.
- Your reservation confirmation must be shown on entry, either on your phone or printed off.
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be taken at the point of booking. The remainder of your booking payment must be made minimum 7 days prior of your birthday party date via the phone or in person. A member of Play Barn staff will give you a call 10 days or so before you reserved date.
- Confirmation of numbers must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance with the full balance paid. After this point, no refunds can be made for additional changes (e.g. children dropping out).
- Bringing your own food & drink is prohibited, excluding birthday celebration cakes
- No alcohol is allowed within the Play Barn.
- Reservations are non-refundable, are not for resale and cannot be used in promotions or competitions without the express permission of Brocksbushes.
- You must adhere to all safety rules and follow the instructions of the Play Barn staff. Adults are responsible for the children they bring to the Play Barn and should keep them under close supervision throughout their session.
- Due to health & safety, the outdoor play area may have to close if we experience adverse weather conditions.
- Brocksbushes reserve the right to eject people from the property if they are not adhering to the rules, or are behaving inappropriately, including threatening or anti-social behaviour.

- In the event of personal injury, loss/damage to personal items whilst at Brocksbushes, the owners fully exclude all liability to the extent permitted by the law.
