We are now tendering various projects that form part of our new development. Tenders will be assessed, scored, and contracts awarded on basis of price, ability to deliver in the specified timescale. More weight will be given to local suppliers and those with good green/net zero credentials.

Production Kitchen
We are looking for the design and install of a commercial production kitchen of circa 200sqm. The Equipment required will roughly be the following, and all needs to be designed to work on 1ph electricity, there is no 3ph or gas. 6x convection ovens, 3x roll in blast chillers, ham boiler, bratt pan, induction hob x2, 40-60L planetary mixer, 33sqm walk in refrigeration (6x4m & 3x3m) and 24sqm of walk in freezer space (6x4m), 3 upright fridges, associated worktops and sinks. EV charging
Design and install a system for 2 EV chargers of approximately 50kw power or more, to each to run on a single phase connection. The single phase connection on the site is 450kva capacity. It is accepted that there will need to be an invertor or battery in order to facilitate the proper use of the 50kw (3ph) chargers, as normally single phase electricity limits charger sizes, hence we are looking for a creative technology driven solution. Solar (PV) Panels

Air Source Heating & Cooling
We are looking for a company to supply and install, or just supply, Air Source Heat Pumps (air to air) that will provide heating and cooling for our new business premises. In total there will be approximately 250sqm of space that needs to be temperature controlled using this technology. The whole system will need to run on single phase (1ph) electricity. Works to Extend Car park and create bus parking.
After the demolition of our existing premises, we are looking for a landscaping contractor to improve our access ways and car park (the existing buildings will become car park). We are looking for the creation of 2 coach bays, 8 disabled parking bays, and 100-120 marked car paring bays (in groups of 3-5), and associated planting to create the divides. Indoor Soft Play
Design and Install an indoor play apparatus to cater for 100-120 children in a space that is 15m wide 16.5m long x 6m high. There is additional space for seating not included in these measurements. The apparatus is to cater for children between the ages of 0-10, and children will be supervised by their parents throughout. The scheme will need to incorporate big slides, multiple levels and lots to do. In addition to the main frame there should be a toddler area for 0-2’s and also a role play area with 2-3 different themes. Outdoor Play apparatus
